How to Rotate videos in VLC Player in 5 Steps

In today’s world, there is no day spent without smartphones. We capture every beautiful moment with our smartphones by taking photos & videos. Unfortunately some videos that we take using our smartphones will be in portrait mode. When we view those recorded videos on the desktop, they’ll be in landscape mode and vice versa. So Let’s see How to watch those videos properly by rotating them in VLC Media player

Follow The Below Steps

Step 1:

Download & Install VLC Player

VLC Media Player is the most famous media player among any other media players out there, and it’s free to download. In case if you don’t have this player installed in your system, then you can go to the below link to download

For Windows 32 Bit: Download Here

For Windows 64 Bit: Download Here

Step 2:

Open the Video using VLC

Select the Video that you want to Rotate and Open it with VLC Media Player by right-clicking it and selecting “Open with VLC Player.”

Step 3:

In the VLC Player main menu, select “Tools”  and choose “Effects and Filters.”.

Step 4:

After Selecting “Effects and Filters,” the “Adjustments and Effects” options menu will pop up. In that, select “Video Effects.”

 Step 5:

After Selecting Video effects, now you can see “Transform” Option box Tick that box, and now you can see drop-down Menu like in the below picture. In which you can see the Rotate angles like 90, 180, 270, and 360.

After selecting the rotating degree that you want, simply untick and tick the transform option again to see the change in video rotation. If you have any doubt, you can check the video tutorial above.
